So you're an IBM i (AS400) Programmer? We need your skills to help support an existing Agility product base, plus aid in the development of new features and function to existing products, and create enhancements based on customer demand.

What you'll do as an IBM i Information Systems Consultant:
A Systems Information Consultant will be focused on the technical support of Agility, Inc. legacy products Intersite Logistics (ISL), Multisite Intersite Logistics (MISL) written in classic RPG, ILE RPG, and CL. Also, support of next generation products like Material Logistics (ML) using the Infor Development Framework (IDF) and SystemLink. The Consultant should have technical skills in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning systems. As a Consultant you will be part of a team that will use problem-solving skills to develop and implement products and custom coded systems for our Infor XA clients. Phone and remote support of our existing customer base will also be required.

Skills you will use daily:
Development in the classic IBM PDM development environment
Programming in classic IBM RPG, ILE RPG, and DDS
Use SQL, embedded SQL and IBM i query products
IBM i (AS400) operations, IBM i Access for Windows including file data transfer

What you must have to apply:
4 year degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or equivalent
5+ years of programming experience on the IBM i (AS400) platform
5+ years of experience implementing ERP applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Experience with Infor ERP XA, Release 7.8 or higher
Some experience in the Infor Development Framework (IDF) and SystemLink
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency

What would help you succeed:
Consulting organization experience preferred
Familiar with software implementation and structured implementation methodologies
Ability to work in a standalone environment
Interested in limited travel
